The Shinyanga Regional Cooperative Association SHIRECU (1984) LTD was registered on April 4, 1984 and was given Registration Certificate Number 4123. However, in accordance with the changes in the Cooperative Societies Operating System (MUVU) in 2022, the Association succeeded in obtaining a new registration with number AFF-SHY-SHY-MC-2022-9. Currently, SHIRECU (1984) LTD is made up of 107 Primary Societies that are mainly engaged in cotton and other mixed crops in the sense of Lentils and Choroko. In addition, the Association has a total of more than 38,178 members who make up the 107 Primary Societies.
